I am extremely humbled to be a helping hand to the Distressed Children & infants international organization. I have always yearned in my life to help a child in need in my home country of Bangladesh, but I never knew how to make a difference. DCI gave me the opportunity to fulfill this dream of mine and I am very grateful and I give my utmost gratitude to the organizers. I hope that my actions will be a setting stage for the younger generations to realize and also get involved with this philanthropy. I love how the awareness of the organization has increased, and I look forward to the growth and development of it in the coming future. –Tammana A. Morshed Fontana, California

We consider ourselves very fortunate to be a part of DCI. We like to congratulate DCI on the completion of another successful year of operation and continuing humanitarian work with the rural poor in Bangladesh. Many people think for the poor but to actually do something about it and in a sustainable manner are indeed an evidence of trust. We have seen the way it not only changes a child’s life, but entire communities as well. We have been involved with DCI for over 4 years and met with our sponsor children (Sibling) and their families. We were overwhelmed with joy and pride to see that our participation, teaming up with DCI was really making changes in the lives of distressed children in big way. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity and privileged to work with DCI. We wish their continue success and leadership to motivate others to bring about positive changes to people who are desperately in need. –Javed, Shaila & Zayan Rahman Atlanta, GA.

DCI is doing a splendid job for impoverished children of Bangladesh. I urge everybody who lives in the USA, Canada and other countries to please come forward and help the distressed children of Bangladesh. If we save the price of a cup of tea or coffee a day we may save one child’s life in Bangladesh. I offer my strongest support for DCI, which works hard for the fulfillment of the dreams of Bangladesh’s children. –Abul Kashem Toha Los Angeles, CA

I am proud to be a part of this organization. I visited my sponsored child, Rahima, last December. She was so nervous to meet me at first, but soon was smiling. I was happy that her parents were there to support her educational efforts. She has ambition and wants to study and work hard. At heart, she is still a little girl. She would like a talking doll, which I hope to take her on my return trip this December with my children. With our constant efforts, she will be educated and then one day will educate her children. If we do this enough times, we will strive towards educating a nation. I look forward to seeing my sponsored child again. –Dr. Shahan Chowdhury Coppelle, TX

My name is Bela Chowdhury and I have supported DCI from its inception. I have a personal connection with DCI because it supports and render services to my father’s village school in Feni, Bangladesh. The students here are receiving school supplies, nutrition supplements and also medical attention. They also receive monetary help and technical support to improve their lives. Without the help and support of sponsors like you, education for some of these children would be an unfulfilled dream. I thank DCI and you for your continued support. –Bela Chowdhury Glastonbury, Connecticut
