Dear Friends,
On behalf of Distressed Children & Infants International (DCI), it is my privilege to invite you to attend DCI’s Press Conference on Journey for Child Rights & Sight (JCRS) with Dr. Ehsan Hoque, Executive Director of DCI on Friday, 10th August, 2:00pm at the Arbor City Hotel, 12 Osborn Street, London E1 6TE. Please see the attached invitation flyer. Distressed Children & Infants International (DCI) is a U.S.-based international child rights organization founded at Yale University in 2003. We have two missions: first, to work for the rights of underprivileged children worldwide with a particular focus on their right to an education and adequate health care; and second, to involve young people born with opportunity to serve as volunteers in our activities in an effort to expose them to humanitarian issues and provide them with valuable leadership opportunities.

The goal of the Journey for Child Rights & Sight (JCRS) event is to raise awareness about the prevalence of child labor and preventable blindness worldwide, to create an international network and to inspire our community to take action on behalf of underprivileged children. Your support and participation in the press conference will help draw attention to the plight of underprivileged children worldwide, and help find the solutions necessary to protect them and to improve the quality of their lives.
We would be honored if you would join us at this press conference followed by lunch as our guest. We do hope you will be able to join us at the JCRS Press Conference to strengthen our collective voices against child labor, poverty, and blindness.
With gratitude and warmest regards,
