DCI Illinois Chapter held a “Journey for Child Rights & Sight” event and dinner on Saturday September 15th, 2012 at the Bartlett Community Center in Bartlett, IL. The evening started with performances by children followed by performances by renowned local artists and short presentations by a number of community members who have visited DCI’s orphanage in Bangladesh. Pictures of the orphan children were displayed in the background throughout the evening.
