Blindness Rajaswari

Rajeswari, a ten years old girl from Sanda village of Dhenkanal district, Odisha, studies in class 4 at Sanda Primary school. She excels in her studies, but her love for reading was threatened when an insect fell into her right eye while playing with her friends. Her parents took her to a nearby health center, but she did not improve. Finally, they brought her to Kalinga Eye Hospital (DCI partner for India) where Dr. Kapil Bhatia examined her eyes and prescribed eye drops.
